Education congress “The challenges of quality and inclusive education towards European integration”, 12 and 13 September 2022, Tirana, Albania

At the education congress “The challenges of quality and inclusive education towards European integration” organised by the Ministry of Education and Sports of Albania on 12 and 13 September 2022 in Tirana, Albania, Ms Tina Šarić, ERI SEE Director, gave presentation on professional development of teachers as a step towards quality assurance within the session „Creating opportunities for quality teacher training in the teaching process“.

On this occasion, Ms Šarić presented the ERI SEE thematic focusing on teacher education and training, through the evidence-based policy recommendations and the ERI SEE study: Needs analysis systems for teacher education and training programmes, as well as the Teacher Education and Training Network for South East Europe (SEE TET Network) and Quality Assurance (QA) network, tackling teacher education and training from the national agencies level.

The congress “The challenges of quality and inclusive education towards European integration” provided discussion space for relevant stakeholders in the field of education, including representatives of pre-tertiary and higher education institutions, research organisations, agencies, partners at the national and international level, representatives of civil society and donor community.
