First meeting for the development of teaching and learning material and WBL guidelines for locksmith, Tirana 20-21 February 2024

The first meeting for the development of teaching and learning material and work-based learning guidelines for locksmith was organised in Tirana on 20 and 21 February 2024 within the Enhancements in the quality of education and training in SEE – EQET SEE – VET component by the ERI SEE Secretariat. The meeting gathered 8 participants, national experts for the development of teaching and learning material from six EQET SEE participating economies, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia and Serbia, and the ERI SEE Secretariat project team: Ms Tina Šarić, director of the ERI SEE Secretariat and the EQET SEE project manager Ms Ivana Živadinović, Regional Project Coordinator. The working group was coordinated by Mr Ridvan Zeqiri of the Center for Vocational Education and Training, Republic of North Macedonia.

The main objectives of the meeting were to discuss and develop a proposal for the structure of teaching and learning material  and WBL guidelines for locksmith based on developed regionally based qualification standard and to agree on the task division and timeline of the future meetings. After two working days the regional working group developed proposals for the structure of both documents that will be further on discussed  at regional level.

The next two meetings of the regional group are envisaged for March and April 2024.
