Training of company instructors for the agricultural technician of traditional and organic cultivation, 14 June 2024, online

The Training of trainers of company instructors for the agricultural technician of traditional and organic cultivation was organised online on 14 June 2024 within the Enhancements in the quality of education and training in SEE – EQET SEE – VET component by the ERI SEE Secretariat. The training gathered the total of 23 company instructors from six EQET SEE participating economies, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, and the ERI SEE Secretariat project team: Ms Tina Šarić, director of the ERI SEE Secretariat and the EQET SEE project manager Ms Ivana Živadinović, Regional Project Coordinator and Ms Marina Papović, Sector Project Coordinator.

The main goal of the training was to deliver a training for company instructors from the agricultural sector on the topics of:

• Work-based-learning with didactics.
• Social sustainability and gender equity.
• Environmental sustainability.

The main basis for the training was the teaching and learning material and WBL guidelines for the agricultural technician of organic and traditional cultivation developed within the EQET SEE project.
