Tender for Education Consultancy: Regional Guidelines for Online and Blended Teaching and Learning, 15 April 2021

Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe (ERI SEE) is opening this Tender for Education Consultancy, for the purpose of development of the Regional Guidelines for Online and Blended Teaching and Learning (hereinafter the Guidelines), for the South Eastern European region.The Guidelines are commissioned by the Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe.

The Guidelines are to complement the work of the South Eastern European Teacher Education and Training (SEE TET) Network, composed of the representatives of the ministries and/or national agencies in charge of teacher education and training from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Moldova and Serbia, with envisaged participation of representatives from Kosovo*. The SEE TET is coordinated and funded by the ERI SEE and European Training Foundation (ETF).

The Guidelines are also to take into consideration the Study on digital skills in the South Eastern Europe implemented by the European Training Foundation, The Guidelines on the Blended Learning by the European Commission and the good practice examples on guidelines, frameworks, instructions and similar supportive material from the South Eastern European region as well as EU member states.

The Guidelines should be delivered following the instructions laid down in the Terms of Reference.

This Tender is open from 15th April – 25th April (midnight).

The applications, in line with the specifications of the Terms of Reference, should be received on office@erisee.org, with the subject line specifying: Development of Guidelines for Online and Blended Teaching and Learning, no later than 25th April – midnight.

 

*This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo Declaration of Independence.
