Annual Regional Conference 2025 organized by the Regional Challenge Fund, 09 October 2025, Budva, Montenegro

The Regional Challenge Fund (RCF) Annual Regional Conference 2025 took place in Budva, Montenegro on October 9, 2025. The conference, titled “Smart Balkans: Shaping Skills for a Sustainable, Competitive Future – Navigating VET in a Digital & AI World,” brought together stakeholders to discuss vocational education and training (VET), digital transformation, and skills development. The event included on-site and online participants, with the RCF Technical Advisory Committee also convening the following day, October 10.
