Constituent Meeting of the Joint Commission on Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications, 18 July 2023 Tirana

The members of Joint Commission on Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications met in Tirana under the auspice of the Regional Cooperation Council – RCC and within the framework of the Berlin Process.

The meeting was opened by Ms Majlinda Bregu, of the Regional Cooperation Council and Ms Tina Saric, ERI SEE.

The Joint Commission discussed the Rules of Procedure for the Joint Commission on Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications and Agreement on the Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications in the Western Balkans.

The meeting was closed with the discussion on the future activities of the Joint Commission.
