EQET SEE Project Management Meeting of QA component
On January 24, 2024, an online Project Management Meeting (PMM) occurred within the EQET SEE project, focused on advancing education quality in South Eastern Europe. Attendees included EQET SEE National Coordination Points (NCPs) from Albania (Ms Teuta Cobaj and Ms Etleva Kaculi), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Ms Biljana Popović), Montenegro (Ms Vesna Babović and Mr Ivan Marković), Moldova (Ms Elena Petrov), North Macedonia (Ms Ardijana Isahi Palloshi), Serbia (Ms Gordana Čaprić), and from Kosovo (Ms Valbona Fetiu Mjeku). ERI SEE representatives, Ms Tina Šarić (EQET SEE Project Manager) and Ms Marina Papovic (EQET SEE Sector Project Coordinator), also actively participated. The PMM was also attended by the representative of the donor institution – Austrian Development Agency – Ms. Adriana Spahiu.
The meeting aimed to holistically assess the project’s status, set realistic timelines for future initiatives, and strategically plan activities. Key discussions focused on the effective implementation of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) questionnaire, methodologies for impactful training programs, and the integration of Good European Practices of External School Evaluation Methodologies into national systems and their piloting. Furthermore, the agenda covered the planning of the implementation of training programs on regional and national levels, finalizing the publication on Good European Practices.
This collaborative effort provided a comprehensive overview of the EQET SEE project’s progress. The active engagement of participants reflects a collective commitment to the project’s overarching goals, ensuring a positive impact on education and training in the region.
