The ERI SEE hereby announces the Public Invitation to Tender for the Organization of Travel Services for Events and Meetings organized by the Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe (ERI SEE)

The Announcement will close on 1st July 2024 (midnight CET).
Documents needed to be submitted within the offer (Application documents):
- Letter of Interest
- Company portfolio, specifically referring to the mentioned eligibility, selection and advantage criteria above
- List of possible subcontractors the applicant is cooperating with on the provision of requested services (with which the cooperation has already been established)
- Financial offer – fee for the travel organization services
The Call is open to:
- Legal entity established in one of the economies of South Eastern Europe – members of the ERI SEE and participants in the ERI SEE activities: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Moldova, North Macedonia and Serbia (hereinafter the ERI SEE economies)

* This designation is without prejudice to positions on status and is in line with UNCSCR 1244 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo* declaration of independence.
