Regional meeting for the development and implementation of the trainings for trainers for teachers and company instructor for agricultural technician, 28-29 March 2024, Budva, Montenegro

The Regional meeting for the development and implementation of the trainings for trainers for teachers and company instructors for agricultural technician within the VET component was organised on 28 and 29 March 2024 by the ERI SEE Secretariat in Budva, Montenegro. The meeting gathered 24 participants, VET and qualification agencies, chambers of commerce, teaching and learning material development experts from six partner economies: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia and Serbia, the ERI SEE Secretariat project team, Ms Tina Šarić, director of the ERI SEE Secretariat and the EQET SEE project manager and Ms Ivana Živadinović, Regional Project Coordinator, and external experts tasked to develop a training programme for teachers, company instructors and school coordinators: Mr Igor Nikolov (agriculture), prof Dr Dragan Stanojević (social sustainability and gender equity) and Ms Ermelinda Mahmutaj (environmental sustainability).

The main goals of the meeting were to:

  • Plan the implementation of trainings of trainers at regional level.
  • Plan the implementation of trainings at national level.
  • Present, discuss and endorse the training programme for trainings in agriculture, environmental and social sustainability, and gender equity experts.

The representatives of the EQET SEE economies endorsed the training programme developed and presented by the external experts and agreed on the implementation of programmes at regional at national level.
