SEE VET Net meeting: Planning the Future of SEE VET Net, 30 October 2025, Belgrade

The South Eastern European Vocational Education and Training Network – SEE VET Net meeting Planning the Future of SEE VET Net was organised by the ERI SEE  on 30 October 2025 in Belgrade, Serbia. It aimed at joining stakeholders from the South Eastern Europe to address the contemporary developments in VET and discuss the future of the SEE VET Net.

The main goals of the meeting were to (1) present the actions envisaged within the VET2Work, SQILL-UP VET and E:Digital projects (2) explore VET international and regional focusing on the development of green and digital skills, digitalisation of teaching and learning material and recognition of prior learning (3) discuss developments in the SEE VET Net economies and (4) explore the future of the SEE VET Net.

Representatives of ministries responsible for vocational education and training (VET), VET and qualification agencies and chambers of commerce from the WB6 were addressed by Ms Alessandra Moltz, of the International Labour Organization who spoke about the Green Agenda and Digital Skills, Ms Vesna Anđelić and Mr Nino Bulić of the Agency for VET and Adult Education, Croatia who addressed the topics of digitalisation of teaching and learning materials and the skills competition in Croatia respectively, and Ms Lisa Rustico of the European Training Foundation who reflected on the EU cooperation in VET.
