The SerbianSkills initiative is organized under the WorldSkills brand, a global movement promoting skills excellence and vocational education. Serbia officially became a member of the WorldSkills network in 2023, aiming to align vocational education with international standards and strengthen links between education and the labour market.

A total of 25 young competitors aged 17 to 25 participated in SerbianSkills2025, showcasing their knowledge and abilities in three disciplines: mechatronics, web development, and hotel reception. The best competitors will represent Serbia at the 9th WorldSkills Europe competition, which will be held in Denmark in September 2025.
