The first working group meeting for the hotel and restaurant technician occupational standard in Prishtina

The first meeting of the working group for the development of the hotel and restaurant technician occupational standard was organised on 5th of October 2019 in Prishtina. The meeting gathered the representatives from the tourism sector as well the representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. The workshop was led and moderated by Agon Jusufi, occupational standard expert.

The purpose of the workshop was as follows:

  • To present of the Western Balkan Alliance for work-based learning project: Towards regionally based occupational standards (TO REGOS) project
  • The presentation of the methodology of drafting occupational standards
  • Produce outputs from the smaller working groups

The next and final meetings will be organised on 26th and 27th of October, 2019.

The meeting was organised by Ms Ryve Prekorogja of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, National Contact Point for Education within the TO REGOS project.
