
TO REGOS – the second working group meeting for the hotel and restaurant technician occupational standard in BiH
The second meeting of the working group for the development of the hotel and restaurant technician occupational standard (HRTOS) was organised on 02 and 03 of October 2019 in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) within the framework of the TO REGOS project. The two-day meeting gathered the nominated business experts from the tourism and hospitality sector from six hospitality enterprises from different parts of BiH trmarking the first step in the development of this occupational standard.
The meeting aimed at:
- Analysing the achieved level of development of standards – the analysis of results of the first working group and comments submitted on the current content of the standard
- Analyze the remaining job groups – define key jobs and related activities
- Define and complete the following topics: 3. Desirable attitudes ; 4. Working environment and working conditions; and 5. Relationship with other occupations
- Begin defining relevant indicators (required knowledge, skills and personal competences) .
The second meeting of the national working groups has been also organised by Dušan Sarajlić of the Agency for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Education – APOSO.
The third meeting meeting is expected to be organised at the end of October, 2019.
